What does mediation cost? We provide an initial consultation (1 hour) plus two (2) hours of mediation for $800, a substantial savings when compared to initial costs of litigation. Each additional hour is $350. Translation costs are an additional $75 per hour.

How long will mediation take? It depends on the complexity of the divorce. For those who have been married for longer periods of time and/or those with children who are under the age of 18, the process demands more time to separate the complexities of the relationship.

We are able to assist people in a very difficult time in their lives. Divorce is scary, insulting and sometimes very demeaning to the participants. We are able to help people deal with the financial and personal problems created by divorce or prenuptial planning. We do our jobs with professional dignity for the parties.
